Terms & Conditions

SHIPPING/DELIVERY:

Currently, Hey Lovely only delivers within the United States. Purchased items will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends). Because there is no signature required upon delivery, each customer will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued.

 PREORDERS:

Pre-Ordered items are items reserved with an estimated shipping date. Estimated shipping dates are ESTIMATED and may change depending on the vendor. All pre-orders MUST be paid in full at the time of reservation. Customers will be notified via email when the item(s) are ready to ship. Pre-Orders are treated like all other purchases.

 INVENTORY:

If an item has sold out or is out of stock after your order has been placed you will be notified via email immediately. Unfortunately, an item can be sold out at any time before the daily update. We apologize should this happen in advance and will notify you accordingly. This is the only time that refunds will be issued. Thank you for your understanding.
